Please take a moment to review our salon and store policies. We are ready to answer any questions that you may have.

 

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments must be made for all salon services. Please call the salon to schedule. We do not take walk-ins. To avoid being charged for a cancelled appointment please call 24-hours prior to your  appointment. A cancelled appointment or no-show the day of your services will result in a 50% fee of the service price.

LATE POLICIY 

Please notify the salon if you are running late. We offer a grace period of up to 10 minutes and reserve the right to cancel your appointment after 15 minutes. *Clients who arrive after the grace period will be charged a $20 late fee.

VISITOR & CHILDREN POLICY 

We ask that the salon is reserved for clients only. For the safety of your children and other salon guests we are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All salon guest must be 13 years of age or older.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

The salon accepts cash, credit and debit cards.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Damaged or unused hair products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us with any questions.

 

COVID-19

When mandated by Massachusetts state requirements or the National Centers for Disease Control, the
following protocols will be in place at All About You Salon LLC:

  • A mask will be worn at all times during all servicing. (If you do not have one, one will be
    provided for you.)
  • Your temperature will be taken and recorded for contact tracing purposes.
  • You will fill out statements relating to possible exposure and illness, and sign in to the salon
    prior to servicing.
